The Inn At Cross Keys Station

Quickly attend to our every need. Got us in early. Yummy hot breakfast. Beautiful pool. Big rooms. Gorgeous lobby and landscaping. This is our second time staying - one of my favorite hotels. Rooms: Rooms are large and comfortable. I shared with my daughter and mother easily.

The room is nice and big but the staff are so rude and they called me about my charges after they are already charged me all my stay then they never apologized after they insulted me . Plus they asked me to change my room on my last week of my stay at night. They never compensate me or even apology. I left so many messages with no return from manager. I would not recommend to stay there because they are so disrespectful and disorganized

I made a reservation but since I got there late in the evening (12:15AM) they didn't honor it becuase they had already "ran the report." I had to pay directly which costed about 25$ more than my reservation. Then room service was knocking on my door at 8:30AM. There was no "do not disturb" door hanger. It's a beautiful place but if you want to sleep in pick somewhere else.

We were very happy with our stay!! The pool and hot tub were very clean and were perfect for unwinding after being stuck in the car for 10 hours. The breakfast was awesome, tons of choices. My kids were enamored with the automatic pancake maker and loved flipping the waffles. It was a very good value for the price!
