Christine Hansen was a helpful, knowledgeable agent. She not only works locally, but also in some inland communities, giving her great insight as to why potential buyers are moving to the coast and how to best influence them to buy your property. She lives locally, giving her the advantage of local knowledge. She advised me of the strategy of pricing, why she emphasized certain aspects of my property, etc. She was always available, despite my property being on the low end of the market. Obviously I recommend Christine most highly. Besides her knowledge and professionalism, she's a delight to talk with, friendly and outgoing. 12 star rating out of 5.

I have worked with Christine for my last 2 home purchases and my last home sale. She is wonderful to work with, very knowledgeable about the coastal market. She helped me walk through the entire process from financing, to showings and multiple offers on several properties until we found the perfect forever home. Christine made me feel like a priority, she always had the time to answer my questions and reassure me when things didnt always go my way.
