        I had attempted to contact my regular agent in klamath Falls 3 times after the death of my husband a month ago. When I went I to his office. He earned that the individual offices don't get any kick back for canceling a policy.He then made the calls and did all the paperwork. GREAT JOB VICK I went inandspkoe I went into his ofgice
