      image My teen daughters went to the outlets for a girls shopping day and to pick out an outfit for the 13 year olds birthday. She selected a sweater from a rack that advertised the price as $24.99. At the register the sweater rang up at nearly $50. When the cashier was questioned about the price they were not polite or helpful. They just brushed it off like, "oh, it was hanging in the wrong spot." Not really knowing what else to say or do the girls just paid the price and left. The budget was blown, they didn't end up being able to afford a complete outfit, and they were completely embarrassed. To make it worse, the sweater is completely permeated with a perfume odor and will take a tremendous amount of effort to get it aired out and washed out. Shame on you American Eagle.
