Big D's Country Hog

I was craving corned beef for St. Patrick's Day. I saw that Big D's had it and I knew that I had to try it. I'm very happy that I did. It was soo good. I am definitely recommending this food truck and I am definitely going back. I would rate the food 100/10.

Food truck, so atmosphere is what it is. The food though is top notch. I look forward to Sundays, omelette day! They are moving to doing Breakfast more days of the week, I look forward to it. Parking: Large parking lot up front.

Went for a pulled pork sandwich and was told I couldn't get one because they only do those certain nights of the week. They could have made one but didn't. I won't go back, if you sell pork from your cart then I should be able to get a sandwich anytime. Bad business, I will find another cart to buy from instead. This place was a waste of time.

Super delicious food truck! The couple running it care about the food. Always good sized portions and the flavor is there. Only reason why I rated as 4 stars is because the hours are inconsistent and can't find updated hours anywhere. Will continue to be back here.
