My wife and I were having problems with our dryer, we swapped out some parts and still had not fixed the problem. Assuming that the 220v outlet was the culprit I called Victory Electric. As it was almost the end of his business hours I fully expected to be told that it would have to wait until the next day to get checked out. Scott, the owner, picked up the phone and spoke with me. He said he would be to my house in 30 minutes and would take a look at everything. He showed up shortly thereafter and came and took a look. He found that the outlet was in working order and even took a look at the dryer for us. Unfortunately it appears as tho the dryer, and the backup dryer we own are both dead and the outlet is in working order. Scott said he wasnt going to charge us and was very polite and willing to offer suggestions. A very awesome experience. I will definitely be calling him in the future for any electrical issues we might have. -J. Barlow.
