This automotive shop went obove & beyond, not only troubleshooting over the phone as to what the possible diagnosis was, but assured me a mechanic could make a house call. I thought I was stranded , Zack was very informative,confident & highly qualified.. NORTHWEST MOTORSPORTS is locally owned,no hidden fees& professional . Phone conversation with Zach was very reassuring that he is very capable of doing the work I want done. Sense I have given this review there has been some pretty serious changes in my opinion about this business. When we took our truck to this company they assured us they could do the job. They charged us for service's that were not done. They would not return our calls when we tried to communicate about the trucks progress. So we just decided to go pick our truck up. Weren't even sure we could get due to the fact that they were not making there selves available to get the keys. Just buy Chance when were arrived one of the owners was there so we we're able to get the keys to retrieve the truck. He gave one excuse after another. For his lack of communication and when my husband tried to get the explanation of what happened the young man was acting evasive and very shady and was actually oddly . And would not give him and direct answer about the services that was in question ,Or should I say lack there of !!!!!!!!!! As we were preparing to go we notice that there were parts missing and the gas tank hoses was disconnected and the gas caps on both tanks were broken or missing. They used the bed of our truck as a dumpster for trash. . UNBELIEVABLE !!!!! Piss poor work . Your vehicle is NOT safe in the hands of this company. And I STRONGLY encourage you to take your business elsewhere. Go to somewhere that is well more established. I might suggest Morelands here in Lebanon. And on top of everything else we have to pay another mechanic to complete the the list of things that needed to be done that were not completed nor done correctly I hired by Northwestern Motorsports.
