Trian better and for the love of Jesus do not make your employees do surveys they are dumb Horrible I spoke with Donennel (spelled wrong) about an ethics issue only to repeat the address 5 times and then I had to state 4 times it was about everyone it was like she did not understand me this will take longer than it should have taken

this organization opens cases related to bad ethics in corporations. I opened several cases here for a company that delivers support around the world for ATMs and other products, because I was fired without grounds. If the company NAVEX opens cases for the company, it should also do something about it as well if it is possible.

This company can't forecast their need for personnel. Hiring employees and laying them off within a month. What a joke. These are people's lives you disrupt from this careless act. You would fail at running a lemonade stand.

NAVEX Gloval is a company that, if more than one line of business is done, also handles reports of ethics violations for major companies, this review concerns that division if indeed they do more than this. The division that acts as a go-between between employees, customers, and the budiness does a reasonably good job at documenting over the phone complaints. That is all fine and good. But the reason for this review concerns a practice where the business denies the cusstomer the right to submit a complaint and have that properly handled by the companies that tell them not to accept complaints from customers, that makes NAVEX Global's motives suspect. Companies that have told NAVEX Global to do this include some very major name, such as Comcast (Xfinity), and Walmart. Because of this, many ethics issues go unheard and therefore the employees that engage in unethical or problem behavior often get away with it because they get other employees to collude, thus rendering even the emploee side reporting mechanism ineffectice. Thus many unethical and suspicious acts discovered by customers of companies such as Comcast and Walmart, thus jeopardizing things for both the companies involved and their customers. 5/26/23 Things have taken a decided turn for the worse, even the manager Steve Lan* (unsure of true surname) fails to answer his phone and also never returns calls, thus he us UNethical himself and by failing the customer sullies the reputation of NAVEX. Agents also have been refusing to assist correctly too although I do not see that as often as a successful report but this is not even two-sigma if you take the error rate from the Six Sigma Black Belt program into account. NOT recommended to do business with this company if this practice is allowed to continue.
