We had storm damage that had basically damaged a 300 sqr ft area, after a little phone tag and dealing with insurance we were finally able to start repairs, at this point him and I had a few conversations about the project, then when I called to merely seek a status, it went south really quickly, he immediately assumed I was making demands, then he tried blaming me for bad information on the sqr footage, , then started blaming his employees, then ultimately was rude and extremely condescending. Now I let that go simply due to the fact it wasnt worth it to me to get into some toxic conversation, but when I called him to let him know how I felt about his out of line behavior and was choosing to hire a different contractor it came crashing down and he chose to hang up on me. Dont misunderstand me, this is not a reflection on his crew or his business, especially considering they installed the roof and did quite a spectacular job, but Lauren made the decision to deal with this in a very unprofessional manner Services: Roof installation, Roof repair for storm & wind damage
