If you want to get the most money for your place use Joe. He told me everything that I didnt want to hear when we first met but he knew what he was talking about and I listened to him. He negotiated 7 offers above asking price and got me 66k over asking price and got a second offer to raise their asking price to 66k to be in standby if the first offer fell through. He incredibly responsive, the longest I waited was 10 minutes for a reply back. All along the way he was just a ruthless negotiator and I have been in sales my entire life and it takes a lot to impress me. He is the best, he has full plate of deals going at one time but he makes you feel like you are his only deal.

I have known Alicia Dart for a few years now and always found her to be a thoughtful, kind incredibly smart woman. So when my husband and I got divorced this year I started talking to her about buying again. It was hard to talk about being a lower income single mom with a failed relationship. I was confused and didn't really know what I wanted and needed. Alicia was so patient! She spent so much time showing me properties, talking school districts, and the worst part for me was talking HOA's. Right off the bat she was giving me tons of HOA information. Which was a relief that if buying a Condo was what I could afford in a great school district, Alicia knew everything their was to know about the area and how to find a good HOA. She treated me like I was buying the most expensive property rather than what I was doing, probably buying the least expensive. But I am so happy. My daughter is going to have a great home, in a great neighborhood in a great school district and I was able to afford it because of how hard Alicia worked for me. I am eternally greatful to her.
