This place must have too many good paying clients. First, they send you a voice mail to let know that your appointment is coming up. Great. Except, If you answer the phone you have to write it down. I was driving. Sure this is my fault. But of all other medical, dental and other counseling offices do send you an email reminder with directions for online appointments.
Here is the pitch. The receptionist, when we talked over the phone. Said I missed the appointment that was at 9. Fine, I did. But when I asked about direction for online meeting she said that the instructions were sent from the last appointment in November 2020 and it hasnt change. I guess I work for her/him now. Then she proceeded to tell me that I owe $100 for the missed appointment and wanted my credit card information. What in the world?
Well, Cindy lost a patient. Of course with a mental issue. Clearly that is why I am asking for her help. This is our current state of customer care.
I have cancelled my other appointments which were set apart 3 weeks. Ok, Ill take my business elsewhere and good luck getting my $100 bucks.
