I'd been experiencing anxiety and depression. I'd tried medication in the past and did not like the side-effects. After learning about Neurofeedback from friends, I reached out to Dr. McManus. I found him to be kind and professional. The treatments are easy with little side effect (sometimes I'm a little tired after). There are a lot of NF practitioners to chose from in our area, and not all have the same training or methodology so it can be daunting to figure out who you should trust. After feeling overwhelmed trying to figure this all out I called a Neurosurgeon friend of mine who directed me to Dr McManus and he has been a lifesaver for our family!
