        I could not be happier with my experience with Tony D'Ovidio. I started experiencing pretty severe elbow and shoulder pain in the fall of 2023 that severely limited by ability to train in the gym. Since starting sessions with Tony at the start of 2024, I have seen tremendous improvement across the board. Tony is extremely knowledgeable about managing weightlifting and powerlifting injuries, and we've been able to design a program that has helped me rebuild strength and motivation. I strongly recommend Tony and MovementX to anybody looking for an expert, hands-on PT experience. It's been worth every penny.
