The nail lounge is the best place to go. My mother sister nieces and myself have been going there for over 20 years. They give the best massage!! Nicest girls .

The new owners are awful. If it wasnt for Kelsey I would never come back. First they tried to add a 20% down payment to bookings online, now theyve added 3% fee for using anything other than cash. Prices keep going up too. 3/3/24: I booked my daughter and her two best friends pedicures and manicures/dip nails on her birthday. Unfortunately a day Kelsey is off. First the tech that did my daughters did nails did such a horrible job. They were falling off within 24 hours. They were the wrong shape, and very thin. She tried to tell her but she didnt care or maybe didnt understand. We ended up having to have them redone 2 days later after paying $60+ to have them done. They ruined the entire experience and her birthday. They did her nails while her friends got pedicures and they couldnt even talk to each other. They dont go to the same schools and this was supposed to be a fun way to catch up and spend time together. NEVER AGAIN. We will take our group business elsewhere. As much as I LOVE Kelsey it is becoming harder and harder to support this business and their shady business practices. Last update: 3/21 I used to love Kelsey. She has become obsessed with making money evidently. She charged me $60 for a manicure on my 8 YEAR OLD. After over a year of dedication and ignoring the shady business practices because I loved Kelsey I can no longer support this business and will not be back. My 16 year old and I have gotten dip nails from her for a year but we will take our business elsewhere. Nice try they were ALL getting pedicures together then two of them were getting their nails done together after. Instead the techs did my daughters nails while her friends had their pedicures done, then did her pedicure alone, then her friend had her nails done alone Services: Nail painting, Nail polish changes, Synthetic nail removal, Pedicure, Dip powder, Nail cut & filing

I went to nail lounge for a year and thought i loved it but they produce beginner level results for your nails and are super scammy
