Great rates, low costs and amazing experience. Paul Gowen and his team were recommended to us by our realtor. I already had a rate locked with another lender, and nobody else had been able to beat it. The team at Willamette Falls was able to offer us a slightly better rate as well as lower closing costs. They required minimal paperwork, did not come back with extra asks after we submitted our application, and pushed our mortgage approval through in under 10 days (INCREDIBLE!) - all while offering hands on support and great customer service. If you need a mortgage in the Portland area, I can't see how there would ever be anybody better

Paul and his team were fantastic through every step of the process. They were always easy to reach and took the time to explain whenever we had questions. Rates were the best I found compared to some of the bigger banks. We couldnt have asked for a better experience with a lender!
