Over 19 years of my real estate career and working for multiple nationwide builders I have met many lenders. Most of them really good and thorough at what they do. Occasionally you share a transaction with one that excels in many areas and exemplifies what a lender should be. Ken is that lender. He is extremely thorough, does his due diligence, and has impeccable attention to detail. He was crucial in overcoming several challenges in our transaction to closing(challenges that had nothing whatsoever to do with him and didn't originate with him) I believe...or rather...I know...that many other lenders would have fallen short and given up long ago but Ken stayed on task by constantly providing what was needed. I would not hesitate to finance any home with him neither would I have any reservations whatsoever referring him to customers. In this day and age where great Customer Service is so sorely needed...he stands apart and in a league of his own. The biggest fear his customers should have would be that Ken retires or they lose his number.
