Excellent buying experience. After making a rather quick decision to purchase a second home near our kids in Tigard OR, we followed through on a recommendation to contact Jennifer Underhill. Jennifer provided exceptional service, from helping us narrow down our search that fit our criteria, to making an offer within less than a week from the start of our decision. Her experience made our out-of-state buying process very smooth. She was responsive to our questions throughout and was extremely efficient in facilitating the handling of home buying documentation from start to close, and we were pleased to receive the keys to our new home from Jennifer, upon our first time meeting her in person. Best Customer Experience a first-time buyer could ask for! Jennifer and her team are fantastic! As fist-time home-buyers, we knew literally nothing about the market or the buying process. Jennifer met with us and very patiently answered all of our initial questions, giving us the confidence we needed to move forward with her and her team. It was not easy for us to find exactly what we were looking for yet her composure and professionalism stood out once again and were decisive in keeping us committed to our journey. She was always very supportive and thoughtful, explaining all the details and steps we needed to follow as we moved through. So thankful Jenny was calming and encouraging the whole way through the selling process, despite my jitters. She was clear, proactive and very responsive to any questions I had. My partner and I were first time homebuyers back in 2019 and Jenny was the perfect agent for the job. There was no house we wanted to tour that she wouldnt and she found even more for us to look at in the meantime. She worked around our work schedule for showings and the closing process was a breeze with her and Lawyers Title. We cant recommend her enough for your home sale or purchase.
