When I went to buy a house in Camas, I had a realtor and was in negotiations to go under contract. The house was a beautiful 1910 remodel but I had a few concerns and casually mentioned them to Ryan to get his advice. We decided to go see the house and when we walked through it, he pointed out a number of concerning issues with the property. I decided to walk away from the home and am very thankful I did. Since then, the house has fallen out of escrow twice and is still on the market. I decided to switch to Ryan where I knew I would get direct feedback on the homes we saw. Unlike my previous Realtor, Ryan is not just in it for the money. He wants to make sure you are genuinely cared for and heard, and continued this approach while we looked at countless number of homes. He would be very forward in showing me both the good and bad qualities of the homes so I could make an informed decision. When I found the home I wanted, we were in a bidding war with two other buyers but Ryan knew how to manage the negotiation in a way for me to purchase the house without over spending. The sellers Realtor commented that although the offers were close, he knew my Realtor knew what he was doing and it would be a smooth transaction. The inspection was flawless and Ryan helped me every step of the way.

We originally had over a mil to invest but found this realtor to be downright untrustworthy and a waste of our time. We moved forward with Keller Williams who inspired us to triple our planned expenditure to acquire prime Portland property to our satisfaction. Giving two stars instead of one only because his assistant was honest.

Ryan has been an impressive realtor in our journey of selling our 1M rental property in Portland, Oregon. We are out of town owners and there were multiple hoops to jump through to prepare this property for market. He skillfully managed all the details while keeping us updated with prompt calls and emails so we could continue to make the critical decisions necessary to move forward quickly. In addition to his skill in analyzing the market and giving us advice, he went far above our expectations. He quickly organized contractors to quote and fix/improve the property by painting, landscaping, installing carpet, fixing electrical issues while still providing consistent communication, market updates, guidance, and recommendations. He helped us sell our property in record time at a reasonable price. Because he suggested the use of DocuSign and a Remote Online Notary, the property sold and closed with an ease we had not previously experienced.
