Our experience with Mike and Jenna Hall was the absolute best! We were living 2 hours away from the properties in the areas we wanted to look at. Mike was so great to go preview the property and share it with us over FaceTime. He was so thorough and included all the fine details about the home; it felt like we were at the property. Mike and Jenna were excellent communicators and they always got back to us in a timely manner. They were both always available whenever we needed them. We were looking for a fixer upper and it was great to have Mike's knowledge in home remodel. He would help us with ideas on remodeling and associated costs, which was a huge help. Mike and Jenna are a master team together. They really look out for their clients, making sure you obtain the best deal and sharing with you their wise opinions. From the beginning they were both incredibly motivated, hard working, and are professional and trusting. They both have a calm demeanor and an excellent rapport with the sellers agent. Mike accompanied us on the day that we got the keys to our home and he even brought us lunch. They both definitely go the extra mile for you. We've gained an amazing realtor team for life, and also two great people that we can call friends!
