Dr. Trinh has been my primary care physician for over 20 years. He has courteous, efficient staff, a clean, well appointed clinic and his team have always been very good at finding appointment times that work well with my schedule. Dr. Trinh is a very good doctor--he listens, asks questions, and explains treatment options in and understandable manner. Not just the whats, but also the whys of any recommended course of action. He and his staff are pros.

I could be wrong but I am pretty sure Dr Trinh does not do cosmetic work.. so the other review didn't make much sense to me.Regardless, I have seen Dr. Trinh for many years for various things.  He is a GP so anything related to infections or common illnesses he is well versed.  Always on time with appointments and we are never rushed when he asks about my health.  Test results are provided quickly.  No complaints. Great bedside manner also.

I went to the clinic for spider vain removal on my face.  The doctor told me he had been doing this vain laser  treatments for 10 years.  Oh why did I not just get my vains on my legs done like I wanted in the first place! The doctor zapped me ALL OVER my face and burned and blistered my face.  I was so swollen I could not open my eyes.  This is no exaggeration.  I now have scars.  Deep ones!  I look like I have acne scars.  It is very noticable.  I was known for my "great" skin.  Now I have terrible scaring.  Be very careful. The doctor then told me he could remove the scars with another treatment with a different laser.  I had to wait 6 months.  I then went in and had the procedure.  At that appointment I mentioned how glad I was the scars would be gone and was told the procedure does not take away the scars.  Why did they tell me this then?  I am very disappointment in my entire experience at this clinic.

Ohhh I got a groupon for spider vein removal, and I have rosacia so I thought it would be a good opportunity to get it taken care of.  I consulted with the doctor, who was friendly and informative.  He mentioned that there may be some bruising and swelling.  He told me that the treatment can be painful. I felt very confident and informed and made the appointment. The treatment went fine- he lasered my cheeks and part of my nose.  My face has blisters and has been very swollen from about two hours after the procedure.  I missed work yesterday because I was unrecognisable but decided that I could not miss two days.  Now people are asking me if my boyfriend hit me and if I'm okay.  I am utterly humiliated, and I was definitely not prepared for this.  I called the office and they told me the doctor said that the swelling would last about 48 hours.  I called 72 hours later to tell them that it was worse, and the doctor saw me and told me to continue taking ibuprophen and to wait it out.  After 1 week of super-swollen-face (and ineffective ice packs plus constant ibuprophen), dr. Trinh gave me a "sorry" and some steroids to make the swelling go down.  I don't believe the situation made it to my file becuase the cheery receptionist called to ask me about my next appointment (CANCELLED- no way I was going to go back for round two). I am so disappointed that I had to go through this, and that I wasn't told about the risk of looking like I lost a long boxing match (think Rocky at the end of the movie). Now that my face is healed, I have scars and redness at the burn sites on my face.  People tell me it looks like I got sunburned wearing sunglassess...
