Tara is truly amazing! I had pretty severe jaw pain for quite some time and after only 2 visits the pain was gone and I could close my mouth again. She has started working on my shoulder that has been bothering me for years and again after only 2 visits the amount of improvement is absolutely incredible. I have tried many different natural modalities to work on this and nothing has touched it until now. Thank you Tara!!

Tara was welcoming, kind, and helpful in explaining how she was going to help with my TMJ pain. I appreciated her checking in with me throughout the massage, to ensure the pressure was to my liking. The massage was the hurt so good experience I was hoping for; enough pressure to make a difference and provide some relief. In the days after my massage, my jaw has felt relaxed and stretched. I plan to return to Tara semi-regularly!

My husband and I have been seeing Tara for over a month now and are so grateful to have found her services. She guides each session intuitively, being able to feel with her hands and fingers exactly the trigger points and tender areas on my jaw, neck, and shoulders. Tara is intuitive, gentle, and most importantly, very effective. My issue is (was) TMJ pain but she does other treatments; I highly recommend her!
