I started seeing Sunya Grantham back in September of 2019 for individual therapy. Throughout my sessions she helped me gain confidence in myself and develop lasting tools that I will utilize the rest of my life. I was struggling with anxiety, depression ( situational over loss of my pet), and low self esteem. When we met I did not even know how to say the words " I love myself". I did not feel confident and worthy of anything to be honest. Sunya helped me break down the negative walls of self doubt and build a new foundation of positivity and self love in its place. I feel she helped me take control of my life in a way, and not be afraid of having expectations for myself or others. She guided me to be proud of who I am and my accomplishments and be my own number one advocate. I am grateful for Sunya and her work. I would recommend her to anyone, or couple. Thank you so much!
