        After a no-fault accident involving a crazy homeless guy (he ran into traffic and kicked my car), my insurance went up, even tho I was told it wouldn't. I've been trying to get answers from customer service, but I keep getting hung up on.

        Took us 6 months to change one thing on our account. If it wasnt for the discounts we would never use them. They use to be really great till they switched to an over seas call center.
