Wow! Great customer service, beautiful arrangements, and locally operated. I ordered flowers for my mothers birthday to be dropped off at a local Inn she was checking intoand it was such a perfect surprise. Thank you so much for helping make her 60th birthday special!! Couldnt be happier with Buddies Flowers

Our long time neighbor and friend passed away the day before we were going out of town. We were not able to visit his widow before leaving for our trip so I wanted to send a very special arrangement. I ordered online from Buddies Flowers and they did an outstanding job with the Desert Sunrise Bouquet! I did not see the arrangement myself but the recipient told me that it was very beautiful! She still has the succulent from the arrangement and is nurturing it to put into her own display.

I called to order flowers yesterday and was met with nothing but rudeness, impatience and disrespect. When I asked important questions, the woman on the phone laughed at me multiple times and could not answer. Interaction Examples: 1. My question: are you still accepting Mothers Day orders? Response: loud laughter, followed by delay, followed by um were kind of followed by more loud laughter. (You either are or you arent? Odd start..) 2. Her question: would you like a $75 or $100 bouquet? My follow up: can you describe the difference for those prices? Her response: uh.. (stammers a bit).more flowers?! **more loud laughter** [at this point I paused to give her a chance to try again, and she continued:] no I cant [I paused still to see if she would recognize how silly this response was, and she continued:] I dont understand the question **loud laughter** Other conversation points went similarly. At this point I just ended the conversation and went with $100 because we werent getting anywhere. Flower outcome: I requested that a bouquet be made of timeless, classic flowers with mostly whites and minimal color. The bouquet included bright, vivid pinks. I completely understand that sometimes high stress can create responses like this, but the poor interaction and customer service doesnt warrant giving these guys another shot. We live in NYC and buy flowers for family members in Oregon multiple times per year. After this, I can not imagine ever doing business with this flower shop again, and would actively steer family and friends away in the future.
