Really unprofessional. I've been contacted by several of their recruiters and this is usually how it goes: 1) they contact me and tell me I'd be a 'great fit' 2) I send them my resume and we talk on the phone. They once again tell me I'd be a 'great fit' and get me excited about a position 3) they tell me they're going to 'forward my resume to their manager' 4) I never hear from them again even after repeatedly attempting to contact them If you get Inmail from them on LinkedIn, don't bother replying. They'll just ghost you like all of the other recruiters on LinkedIn.

I don't recommend to work with them. Especially with recruiter Colby Robinson and his manager who didn't even bothered to give her name during a conversation. If you are from different country origin, they ask you questions about your immigration status and other sensitive personal details. They don't understand that they are not a background checking company. They decided to verify by themselves asking stupid questions. That's unprofessional and Kforce needs to train them about this.

Pretty good staffing company. Benefits are a bit weak but similar to what many others offer. Their payroll system is a bit buggy and has caused issues with getting paid a few times.

K-Force has done an excellent job for me. I signed up with them on Tuesday. They presented me for a position on Wednesday. The next day I was called in for an interview on Thursday. That afternoon I was called back to start the position on Monday. The new time card process is up and running. No issues with it. Kelsey has been great to work with. I recommend them and will use them for other position vacancies that are open with the company they placed me with! THANK YOU K-FORCE!
