Subway Regional HQ

Since there wasnt a phone number I could call Im leaving this review here. First and foremost Ive been very loyal to Subway. Especially the one by my house in Beaverton in the Murrayhill location. Yesterday my friend and I were working hard outside and didnt feel like making lunch so we went there for a couple sandwiches. It was a line out the door and a bunch of tickets from online orders and there was only one person working. Thats the reason Im giving five stars. Sam deserves a medal of honor for working through that calmly diligently and with a smile on his face. Please consider this review for a boost in his salary as you need workers like this to continue the brand. Thank you!

I must tell you Subway has made some changes recently and they have caused the brand great harm. I was picking up a prescription from the Walmart Tigard pharmacy inside the Walmart Tigard. I passed your Subway Store inside the store to have a sandwich. The service was deplorable. I waited patiently for someone to show up but to no avail and so I finally saw the little bell and rang it. A man came out and asked me what I wanted. I gave him my order to start and when he pulled out the bread I was shocked at the smaller size of the loaf especially when the sandwich cost had doubled. I ask for the sandwich to be toasted because it looked like he wasnt going to ask. I then asked for the dressing to be applied to both pieces of bread before we began building the sandwich. That did not happen because he was looking somewhere off in space at the store. I asked him for the type of meat and he applied a few 1/2 slices. I said cheese, Provolone and then he asked what type of cheese would I like. I then saw the thinly sliced cheese being cut into 1/2 pieces and placed on the meat. We went on to the vegetables. Again his attention was taken off of me. I now asked again for the dressing I preferred and got a thin line of dressing on one side of the sandwich. I said, more dressing please. I had given up on it being put onto the bread. I finished and paid begrudgingly for my order and vowed to never buy a Subway sandwich again. And I wont.

Subway everywhere has gone down hill so bad,it's like a bread sandwich,on TV u guys show this sandwich with tons of meat and when u go buy 1 it's like 2 slices of meat,I know it don't matter much but subway lost my business
