AO Details

Austen did a great job of detailing the exterior of our 2013 Volvo XC60! The car looks brand new! He explains in advance his process which involves many steps, and he sticks to his timeline. Not the cheapest option, but if you want your car to look great, Austen is the guy to use!

Austen did an extremely good, professional interior clean in a short window convenient to my timeline. My Jeep Wrangler was overdue for a deep clean and detail. Austen was very prepared and professional in his contracts, inspections, invoicing and trusted in correspondence. His work was exactly what was requested and needed. I highly recommend Austen. First of all, Austen is a great person. He goes the extra mile and goes out of his way to make sure the job is done right. As he'd tell you, I almost got cold feet before I paid him the deposit. I was primarily skeptical because AO Details didn't have very many reviews. Well, it turns out he lives close by, his grandparents live up the street from me, and this is a guy trying to independently build his own business from the ground up. I decided to go with it, and wow am I happy that I did. He did an amazing job and far exceeded my expectations. I really thought that my classic Volvo was going to need a repaint to look fresh again. Not after Austen spent a few days with it. The job took him a few days, but the car looks absolutely amazing. I am so happy that I made the choice to go with him. He was responsive, did the work on short notice, and took all the time needed to answer my questions and make sure I was comfortable. I'll absolutely be back and referring anyone I know that needs similar work done to Austen. I love my car, its been in my family since 1969 and there isnt a day that I pass it in my garage that Im not happy with how amazing it looks. I'm exceptionally happy since I had a really rough paint job, and was recently hit in the car. No significant damage, just some trim and some paint scuffed.
