        They represented a company that caused major loss by the service they provided. They didnt care about getting their client and just send a demand letter without their client going through the normal course of action and exhausting all options. Its problematic and extortion to file legal documents to collect money without those processes. It gives the company an out so they dont have answer to customers. They know better.
