This is a fantastic apartment complex. The on site team really cares about the people who live here and they truly want it to be an exceptional place to live. When I walked in the door, I was greeted kindly by Austin and met with Katelyn, the property manager. A warm welcome when I walked through the door and incredible energy and warmth continued when I got to talk more with Katelyn about her community, and how proud she was to run it. You can tell she does a great job from a quick walk around the apartments. Definitely check this place out if you are looking to rent!

Way overpriced for the local level of income in the area. Most 40 hr Jobs surrounding this housing would never pay reasonably enough to support living here.

I havent rented here but did do a tour - and I have to say this was by far hands-down, the most professional, communicative, responsive, friendly, and helpful leasing agents and property management company that Ive experienced. And Ive been looking at A LOT of places and have had a lot of interactions with really flaky and unresponsive agents so this was so refreshing.
Im so thankful that there is still a place with the kind of high caliber professionalism that I like to work with. So thank you Efrain for the excellent tour, knowledge and help in ideal apartment finding!
Also, the amenities here were mind blowing! The gym was insane. They even have a yoga studio and a car wash on site. Oh, and did I mention the pool sauna and hot tub?! Its really incredible.
