Joe has been amazing with helping us having to put new appliances in since our old ones quit working try to help him but he is always saying no lol best maintenance we have ever had.

The office staff (Kimberlie and Taylor) have been extremely helpful since moving in. Your office staff is very professional. They are like friends to me which I appreciate. The maintenance staff (Taylor and Jacob) are very professional and they respond quickly to make repairs. All of your Staff are an asset to Westlake Meadows. I appreciate the complex being well lighted giving residents safety and a sense of security. The apartment is updated and I appreciate the amenities. The outdoor spaces are well maintained making the property feel park like. Thank you for all you do for the residents.

I had great experience regarding my first rental home at Westlake Apartements. It was great support from the office service team from Taylor. She was so highly engaged to help me to make everything ready in such a short time for me. I was so impressed about that friendly and welcome way how she managed everything for me. Without her it wouldnt be possible for me to make that application ready for me. So great support so welcome and friendly and so customer oriented thank you to the team at the office especially to Taylor - so great

Delivery is the worst here. They do not have parcel lockers and each of the apartments faces a different direction with no signage on the street side of the building as to what apartments are on what building. Just ridiculous.
