We rented a house managed by this company for about 2.5 years. The rental experience wasnt terrible, outside of the fact that the property owner would often show up at the house with no notice. I dont blame Valley for that since it was the property owner. However, where we had an issue was upon move out. We were given a detailed list of how the security deposit was used which included basically beautifying the house in order to relist it. During our time there the basement flooded (at no fault of ours) and the flooring was removed. Then when we left they charged us to refinish the floor! They also charged us for yard work that was done well after we turned in our keys. Very unhappy with what I consider to be dishonest business practices. I definitely would not rent a property through this company again.

Found them to be incredibly rude. Person "Toni" a woman said she wouldn't talk with me and hung up the phone abruptly. I would never work with this company because they don't care about people. For them its all about the money. The person, "Toni" also denied being the owner!!! She is the owner and used a fake name. Unbelievable!! You know you can't trust them one bit!!! Stay away people!!!
