Less then 24 hours after losing my grandma, which I was her 24 hour care provider for the last 8 weeks they called me to collect my bill. They were the rudest people I have ever dealt with. They were extremely cold hearted.
Yes I was behind on my bill due to my life being turned upside down and yes I had to talked to them two weeks ago and meant to send a check out. I even had the check in an envelope but forgot to send it to them due to being by my grandmas side non stop.
I tried to explain to them what was happening and got attitude and rudeness. Made me feel as I was dodging the bill which was not at all what I was doing. I have always paid them and been using them weekly for months. I told her I would call with a card when my husband got home because he had the business card and she continued with her attitude.
I called this morning to pay the bill and was met with even more attitude and disrespect from another woman. As a small business owner our selves in a small town if one of my customers would have explained that they honestly just forgot due to a situation like we were going through I would have been kind and understanding. Instead they made me feel like I was a piece of trash.
We will never Be using their services again I will pay extra to have another company come out.
Have some compassion.

On time delivery,friendly people, and clean units. Even pre-called leading up to our event to confirm planning.

They handled a two week event in our area without any problems. Everything was on time, clean and we never had to worry about a thing.
We will use them again next year
