I brought my skis here to be mounted, was told it could be done overnight when I called. When I got there was told they would be done in five days. Then called before I came in and was told there was missing hardware that he had ordered overnight. He said he had drilled the holes and could get them mounted in 20 minutes when the hardware arrived. Heard nothing back for another 4 days or so but when I called he said that the hardware was there. I said Id just come pick them up as is and mount them myself. When I picked them up, no holes drilled and no hardware! Im pretty flexible and understand that mail can be difficult. Dishonesty is not ok though. Wont be back here.

Thank you Eric, for going the extra mile for your last-minute customers, on a weekend for that matter. I called in from 45 minutes out when you were closing in 40 minutes. I needed some hiking boots because I forgot mine at home in Vancouver. Eric asked my size, found a few pair ahead of me showing up, then was smiling and conversational when we arrived. He also changed my mind about the size I was going to buy. I'll let Eric tell you the story about the guy that called in after me with the same story but was even further behind. This is why people remember experiences and return, and I'll be there during normal business hours next time ;)

Awesome shop! Their thrift section is bomb - quality gear with low prices. Staff was super friendly and helpful, especially owner Mike. Highly recommend!!
