        Terrible customer service! This was a phone reservation. They got our email wrong and booked us for the wrong night. When we arrived at 10pm they said we missed our reservation by one night and offered a small discount to book the room again and said it was the clerks word against ours. This was a planned stop over on our vacation. Now we are out $82 and driving to Baker City to another hotel. I guess you gotta pay more for accuracy and cheerfulness and customer appreciation.

        Nice place and good service. A little older but many upgrades. Room came with coffee maker, hair dryer, mini fridge and microwave. Nice small town with a Safeway just steps away.

        Check-in service was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. However, bed was broken making it a very uncomfortable night. Noteworthy details: Very uncomfortable stay due to broken bed.
