        Nice friendly people. Website says 8 to 5 but door says 9:30. Angry that I have to drive 22 miles to get to a branch.

        All around positive interactions with this branch. Our local branch closed 3 years ago and I converted to La Grande branch, and have been nothing but happy with the service I have received. Stacey, Jacob, and Alisia will go above and beyond. LOVE U.S. BANK!!

        As a member of a board of directors for a local nonprofit organization in our community our organizations treasurer had the worst experience at this branch yesterday. The branch manager at the branch brought her personal bias and opinions into the situation and is the most unprofessional individual we have ever encountered. Ive been with UsBank for over 20 years and I will not only be moving my accounts to a new bank but we are also moving the non-profit accounts to a new bank. I will be making sure everyone I know has this information so they too can take their money elsewhere. This manager should not be working in customer service. Sadly, this is a non-profit organization that serves the community in a positive way and should never be treated this way!

        Bank closes to early on Friday. Not enough time when you get off work to get there. Short employees I understand that but the wait in line takes forever. You never get greeted when you walk in. Disappointed cause the staff before was amazing.
