Small, outdated, cheap, thin walls, expensive and ineffective heat source I could go on and on. I hear every conversation, every movie, every sexual encounter, and every footstep from neighbors. The only way to win is to be on the top floor and at the end of a building. There are washers and dryers but there is only 4 of each for 41 units and people don't understand the length of time it takes to wash and dry a load of clothes so you are left with people who leave their clothes in there or those that are so impatient that they remove other units clothes before they are even done. They put in a "work out" room with two treadmills, a boflex, and a rowing machine but no one uses them and the land lord raised everyone's rent $70 in less than 9 months for it. So, all in all you get paper thin small units that are hot in the summer and cold in the winter with a VERY expensive electric bill regardless of the month and no privacy or respect for those living there. Your car will get dinged, people will park in your designated spot and not care, and people will mess with your things. Been here for 3 years and it has only gotten worse. Can't find another place to live because they are all about the same size but more expensive than the $720 that we are spending now. Hate it here. Every second.
