Very nice building. The level of security is great. Theres beautiful red doors with a beautiful entry. I would call it a lobby but its not really. Theres an older elevator that gives it a old but cool feeling. The building is pretty old so the apartments are set up as offices mostly and there does happen to be a handful of flaws and bigger problems that have to get fixed soon. Overall nicer apartments in Lg. Location isnt the greatest if youre looking for a quiet apartment. Right on Adams and neighbors with a train track. However walk score is pretty nice! Close to all downtown things. Safeway is a nice mile away or more and college campus is less than a mile.
