image I drove to Klamath Falls
to view the huge collection
of Native American artifacts
from the America's.
The arrowheads and points
collection includes the
Clovis Points that dated
back 13,500 years.
The pottery collections
are also very old and includes
a number of tribes such
as the Zuni and Anasazi.
You find exhibits on the
Couger Mountain and
Nicolarsen Caves artifacts
that date back to more
then 12,000 years.
The local tribes of the
Nortwest include face
masks from the Coastal
areas, tools, and necklaces.
Photos are not allowed to
taken in the exhibit area.
Located on West Main
Street across the river
from downtown Klamath
Falls.
A great place to spend the
day viewing Western Art
from artists such as C. M. Russell, a great miniature
gun collection, Inca Textiles,
and the huge Native American
collection.

image Great museum, possibly underrated. Has a great little firearm collection, displays tell stories of indigenous tribess history and culture and more. Only on 1 floor, I think a art gallery is on the floor above.
