        They are not helpful with the formula shortage. They make things much harder vs being helpful. My formula got changed to a generic brand option and I was assured that I could still get my formula as well as the generic brand. Drove two hours out of town to be able to find the formula that I needed and was denied because I could only get the generic brand which they did not have either. Very disappointed it was the last day of the month I was not able to find the rest of my formula anywhere except for out of town was trying to not have to drive out of town but I ended up having to tonight get what we needed and now we still need a formula and are out what we were able to get for the month.I was reassured that I was still able to get my formula which was not the case.
