        Last February I hired Kyle Thompson of Bobs Excavating to dig test holes for my septic. Kyle did an excellent job and was very helpful. Thats where the good part ends. As of the writing of this review 06/24/22, I still have not received a bid for the install of my septic. I have called, stopped by the office, and done everything I could to encourage Louis (not sure of spelling, they didnt provide it) who does the bids, to provide one. If you dont want to do a bid, just say so! Very unprofessional! I heard that Kyle is the best in the business and would very much have liked working with him but its been impossible to get a bid from Bobs Excavating in order to do so. In the best interest of wanting to get things done, I definitely would not choose this company for business.
