        I have eaten at BBD in three states. This one was the worst. Food was cold. A baked potato wouldn't melt butter. Took 45 minutes to get food. It was 8pm so it was not busy.

        Food was good. It was clean. Now I've been here 4 times 2 of the 4 I never got a refill on my drinks. The waitresses just didn't check back on our table. That would be my negative

      In 1995 founders Bruce Dean and Bob & Laurie Manley opened the first Black Bear Diner in Mt. Shasta, CA.
