The true character of a company is not what they do when everything goes right, but what they do when things go wrong. We received our custom counter from Carriage Works and noticed the paint was bubbling up on a couple of corner pieces. I called Brian only to let him know what happened, not wanting or expecting any refunds or repairs. Brian informed me that they were going to fix my problem regardless of what I wanted. Replacement parts were received in a couple of days and the counter looks great! Can’t say enough about this company and the quality of work that they do.
