Nice trail next to Lake Ewauna. Expect to see plenty of birds and possibly some other wildlife. We saw a marmot on one of two visits. Highway noise is a little loud.

I love walking here. Near Veteran's park, loops back around on the other side of the street. Great for dogs, kids, and people of all ages. Level ground throughout most of the trail.

Decent beautiful trail , easy to walk, dog and child friendly. Many types of birds to watch in the trees and in the river. Its so peaceful in the morning. Parts of the trail are by the highway and it is loud and can be annoying. Love this hidden gem and the dogs always have fun getting in the mud. Kids love eating off the blackberry bushes. Dog-friendliness: The dogs love running on the trail and cooling off by taking a dip in the mud. Picnic area: There are many benches throughout the trail and two picnic tables under the trees kinda hidden near the start of the trail.
