I used to see Dr Thomas here at Foothills dental in Klamath Falls. I came in one day to get my front tooth fixed from a chip I had in it. He does this service for me and tells me okay you are good to take a look. I was in complete shock. My tooth looked terrible. This was my whole smile. I looked awful and felt even worse. I told him I did not like the way it looked and he was so mean to me. I told him it looked nothing at all like it used too. And he says when you do someones nails (Im a nail tech) they arent always the exact same right?! We are talking about my life long smile here!! He ended up storming out of the room mad and his assistant knew the job was terrible. Shes telling me how sorry she was and she wishes she could help me. And blah blah blah but when the dr came back after he calmed down he said hed try to fix it, I told him no I dont think hes capable of fixing it since he didnt see a problem with it to begin with and I mentioned even the assistant said shes sorry it looks so terrible. And she shouts I didnt say that with intimidation. Which tells me how they are treated when the customers leave. I left this place in absolute tears. And this doctor did not take responsibility for his terrible work, actions, or bedside manner.

I have never before met such a rude dentist. It is unfortunate that I had to give this place of business one star when zero stars would have been much more appropriate.

The dentist was extremely rude. I would have rated it zero stars, if allowed.
