        I have come to Zach's twice recently with a bike that I did not purchase from them. They have been very helpful with my maintenance and upgrading of it. For instance they have even offered small services without cost (like replacing a screw that fell out of a device that clips to my handlebar). They have also been extremely helpful in offering items without any pressure, only letting me know the cost and benefits of the items. I would recommend them highly!
