Eldorado Heights Apartments

I lived in Klamath Falls from 2003 - 2006 and lived at Eldorado Heights Apartments for 2 years. They are in a very good location. The landlords were wonderful, and it was a safe place . One of the best in the county at that time.

Was ripped off. They wanted to give back hardly any of my deposit back even tho they said the house was spotless and clean with nothing to be done and was way overcharged for stuff they had to replace.

Landlords were okay, said they would fix things and never got around to them, had a hole in the deck roof for the year and a half I was there (its probably still there). They don't allow you to do your own carpet cleaning at the end and don't tell you they're charging you for it and instead they take $150 out of your deposit. Then they have their halfwit "cleaners" (which by the smell of them come in and just smoke) "clean" my spotless apartment that I spent 3 entire days cleaning to avoid being charged cleaning fees for. They never replied to my email regarding the cleaning charges they gave me. I was warned about this from my friend who previously lived there but she said she had all of her deposit taken when she left for "cleaning" so here I am warning you, If you don't mind losing your deposit come and live here! :D Only thing good about this place was its location near the college.
