I was out shopping yesterday with my five month old and friend. My friend wasnt finished shopping and my baby woke up hungry. I asked one of the gals if I could feed her in the dressing room and was told that it was fine. Then after feeding my babe I was made to feel like it was no big deal. In todays culture where youre put down for publicly feeding your baby but also put down if you use a bottle its hard to be in public when times like this happen. Its even more hard to walk to the car and try to hide yourself to feed your baby. To be able to use a dressing room and not be put down was just what I needed for my confidence. Thank you.

I'm frustrated Loft has very little in plus sizes! In addition, the returns are not easy. I received several items this week by mail - so very recent. I used my credit card attached to my phone number. Yet store couldn't find in their system so I have to get store credit. This is very frustrating and makes this store unappealing to shop at!

Just in case you where wondering, this place was amazing. Did some Christmas shopping here and a young man came over and helped my wife and I out. Was very impressed with his customer skills and did a wonderful job all the way to the cash register. He then mentioned that it was his first day and I told him that it felt like had worked there forever. Everyone was very nice and attentive to everyone in the store, especially when your Christmas shopping. Will definitely go back.

Great staff. Good sales. I love their cotton t shirts and dresses. Do yourselves a favor though, and peek in during a good sale...
