Difficult to find parking as there aren't many accessible spots. Little tight getting around with a service dog but overall okay. Food was okay but sandwiches weren't cut all the way through which made them difficult to pull apart for me. I would have asked them to cut them again but I didn't know until after I had left as I had ordered it to go.

Always great sandwiches. I just wish they had a meatball sandwich.

I had ordered on line and was told that it would be ready in 15 minutes. I dont live far so I left at 5:30 pm and when I walked in I could see that they were extremely busy so I waited by the rack for online orders/pickup area. The manager there was helping at first and had bagged up a couple of orders and then left them behind the counter. Then he preceded to go and take out the garbage without asking the 2 other people waiting in the takeout area if it was anyones order he just bagged up. I waited another 5 minutes before a prep person finally asked anyone for a name and it was indeed my order that he had bagged up and left there. It was not like he didnt know we were waiting as he made eye contact. Why would a Manager just leave and decide to take out garbage when it was so busy? Food was great Manager should be fired!
