        Tom performed a home inspection on the house I am buying today. He was on time, professional, went over what he would be putting in his report with me, and very friendly. The current owner of the house was also present and she found him to be very nice and professional as well. He has a fast turn around getting the report complete with pictures he has edited to have arrows pointing at issues he found, he even went so far as to provide links to videos on how to take care of a clogged gutter. I highly recommend his services if you are looking to purchase a house.
