      image Do not waste your money on the extended warranty. We purchased one with our new RV last year and got all the bells and whistles. We live in Michigan, and on a trip to Tennessee. We stayed in one of the beautiful state parks. During a sudden windstorm, the pin in our motorized awning sheared, and the awning was in operable stuck open. We immediately called Bishes, and got no support or help. My husband and I had to rig the awning with ratchet straps and tools just to get it home ourselves. They told us they would fix it if we brought it to them in Michigan, which is fine we will do that but if you think youre going to get any service when youre actually camping, forget it. Save your money! We are very disappointed.
